Ms. Halcomb practices primarily in the areas of family law, children's issues and administrative law, with substantial criminal and probate cases as well. She is Chair of the Missouri Bar Lawyer Referral Service Committee and is dedicated to providing personal, quality representation of her clients. Ms. Halcomb represents a number of state professional registration boards in their disciplinary cases before the Administrative Hearing Commission and the Boards themselves. Ms. Halcomb is a frequent speaker at Missouri Bar Continuing Legal Education programs on criminal law, family law and administrative law. She serves on the Missouri Bar Continuing Legal Education Committee as well. Ms. Halcomb also has the distinction of representing the Cole County Public Administrator in probate and estate cases.
